1. Timeframe for Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the order. Items returned after this window may not be accepted.

2. Condition Requirements

Returned products must be in their original, unused condition. This includes intact packaging, labels, sizing stickers, and protective materials. Items with signs of wear, washing, perfumes, stains, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Accessories with hygiene considerations (earrings, intimate wear, etc.)

4. Return Authorization

Customers must obtain authorization before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be rejected. When contacting us, please provide your order number, return reason, and supporting images or videos if applicable.

5. Return Shipping Fees

If the return is not related to damage, defect, or an error on our part, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
We will reimburse shipping fees only when the issue is caused by us and the cost is reasonable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

For defective, damaged, or wrong items received, notify us within 7 days.
Keep all packaging materials, as they may be required for inspection. In some cases, an unboxing video is needed to verify missing items or quantity discrepancies.

7. Refund Method & Processing Time

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be returned to the same payment method used during purchase. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted when inventory is available. Customers may need to cover reshipping fees unless the exchange is due to our error.

9. Cancellation Requests

Orders can only be canceled or modified before processing begins. Once an order has entered the shipping stage, changes cannot be guaranteed.
